If you are looking to obtain an incident report, 911 report or audio recording of a 911 call, The Hood River Sheriff's Office can assist. Follow the directions below and complete the printable request form. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Obtaining a Record

Here are the steps you must take to request a copy of an incident report. 

  1. Print and fill out the The Hood River County Copy of Records Application.
  2. Enclose a check or money order payable to Hood River County for the applicable record fee.
  3. Return the completed form and money to 309 State St. Hood River, OR 97031, Records Department.

FEES:
Accident/Incident/911 Report (CAD) - $15

Accident/Incident Report requiring research other than locating the report - $25 per hour (1 hour minimum)

Audio Recording of 911 Call - $25

Photos - $5.25 Each

CD with up to 20 Photos - $30

Please be aware that some information may be redacted from the report to comply with privacy laws.
