Mid Columbia Interagency Narcotics Task Force (MINT) conducted an investigation into the illegal delivery and possession of methamphetamine by a 23 year old female. This investigation led to a search warrant for a residence, located at 411 Prospect Avenue, Hood River, Oregon. The search warrant was executed by the Hood River County Sheriff’s Office, Hood River City Police, and MINT in the early morning hours on 3/6/2018.
There were 5 arrests made at the residence and more charges are expected in the next few days. Kimi Franks a 40 year old female, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamines. Randall Harman a 57 year old male, was arrested for unlawful manufacture of methamphetamines, unlawful possession of methamphetamines, and hindering prosecution. Julian Helt a 33 year old male, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamines and outstanding warrants. Kakahoya Tewa Mitchell Thompson a 23 year old female, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamines, unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful possession of a schedule III controlled substance, and outstanding warrants. Mason Ward a 28 year old male, was arrested for a probation violation. All the subjects were lodged at NORCOR.
